采用文献研究法、比较法等对新时代背景下河南省金融体系助推农业供给侧结构性改革的问题和原因进行分析,研究发现：目前金融体系在推动农业供给侧改革方面还存在诸多不相匹配的地方,如农村信贷结构与农业产业结构不匹配;金融产品设计与农业经营模式不匹配;金融担保抵押要求与农业担保抵押实际情况不匹配;多元化的金融需求与单一化的金融供给不匹配等。主要原因包括河南省农村金融体系自身存在一定的缺陷以及政府的介入和扶持不足。未来可以采取完善农业相关的金融组织体系,提升农村地区基础金融服务水平,创新金融产品模式,建立和完善农村金融风险分散机制等措施。
Using literature research method and comparative method, this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the structural reform of agricultural supply-side in Henan Province under the new era, and finds that there are still many incompatible aspects in the reform of agricultural supply-side in the current financial system matching places, such as mismatch between rural credit structure and agricultural industrial structure; mismatch between financial product design and agricultural management mode; mismatch between financial guarantee mortgage requirement and actual situation of agricultural guarantee mortgage; diversified financial demand and single financial supply Matching, etc. The main reasons include the rural financial system in Henan Province itself has some flaws and the government's involvement and lack of support. In the future, measures such as perfecting agriculture-related financial organization system, upgrading basic financial services in rural areas, innovating financial product models, and establishing and improving rural financial risk diversification mechanisms can be taken.
