文章借助中国工程机械企业合作专利数据和实地调研,采取社会网络分析、核密度分析等方法,探讨并购前后全球—地方创新网络的演化及实现机制。研究表明：跨国并购之后,国有和民营企业的重要性有所下降,企业通过学习和共享被并企业的知识和人才使内部资源不断增加,合作建立的合资企业因汇聚双方的创新资源也具有较高的创新能力,已经成为重要的创新源泉,集团内合作数量的增加导致创新网络呈现出等级性和“小世界”特征;科技资源不均匀空间分布驱使企业主体在更远尺度寻找合作伙伴,导致企业垂直合作网络不断向全球延伸,但水平自主创新合作却仍以国家尺度为主。
The importance of cross-border merger and acquisition (M&A) is widely accepted in the process of international investment and global-local innovation network of Chinese firms. With the help of some sophisticated data analysis software like UCINET, ArcGIS, this paper discusses the evolution of the glocal innovation network based on graphical analysis and an qualitative analysis of co-inventor networks of Chinese construction machinery industry using patent data and in-depth interviews from a machinery exhibition. Our systematic examination has identified a rapid growth of patents and significant changes of actor composition after M&As, which shows the rise of joint venture enterprises, foreign-owned enterprise in China and foreign enterprises overseas, with joint venture enterprises built by both sides of enterprises of M&A standing out as the most significant and strongest actors in the innovation network, while the increase of small group cooperation leads to the appearance of hierarchy and the small-world characteristics. Meanwhile, inventors with strong innovative ability yearn to find partners in farther space when it is hard to find the perfect local partner, global connections are increasing and extending while cooperation in the region, especially at the national scale continues to be the most important.
