利用变异系数、空间自相关等空间分析方法,对2000—2015年中国对美国高新技术产业对外直接投资（FDI）的行业特征、时空演变进行研究,并构建动态面板模型对驱动因素进行分析。结果发现：①中国对美国高新技术产业FDI不断发展,投资行业趋于多元化。②投资区位主要在经济基础较好的沿海各州,并逐步扩展到中部州,形成多中心共同发展的格局。③投资在深化发展,但规模化集聚尚未形成。④市场规模、高科技人才、技术条件、科研创新能力、华人人数、通讯设施、集聚效应不同程度地促进了中国对美国各州高新技术产业FDI。集聚效应的影响尤为显著,而公司执照税则表现为负向影响。
With the methods of GIS analysis, this paper studies the trend, temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of Chinese Outward Foreign Direct Investment to American high-tech industries during 2000-2015, as well as applies GMM to examine the driving factors .The results indicate the following conclusions. Firstly, COFDI to American high-tech industries is developing and investment industries are diversify eventually. Secondly, the investment location is mainly distributed in the coastal states with better economic foundation, and gradually expands to the central states, forming a multi-center spatial pattern. Thirdly, although investment has been improved, large-scale agglomeration has not yet formed. Fourthly, GDP, R&D, CHI, PAT, SE, INF and COFDI(-1) have promoted COFDI to American high-tech industries in different degrees. Besides, COFDI(-1) is particularly significant. The LIC has negative effect on investment.
