怀化市经济发展与生态环境保护耦合协调性研究

摘要

以湘西地区典型区域怀化市为研究对象,构建经济发展与生态环境保护综合评价指标体系,运用熵权—TOPSIS法测算经济发展水平和生态环境保护水平综合值,采用耦合协调度模型测算分析二者耦合协调发展现状,利用BP神经网络模型预测耦合协调发展趋势。结果表明:①怀化市经济发展和生态环境保护水平综合指数逐年增长,但存在区域不平衡,中心地区经济发展水平明显优于其他地区,生态环境保护水平南北高、中部低。②怀化市经济发展与生态环境保护耦合协调度由勉强协调上升到初级协调,整体逐年上升,经济发展属于轻度滞后型;市域内耦合协调度中心高、四周低,经济发展与生态环境保护协调发展不均衡。③怀化市经济发展与生态环境保护耦合协调度将逐年上升,耦合协调发展类型由初级协调上升至中级协调,经济发展仍处于轻度滞后阶段;市域内耦合协调度将呈中部高、南北低的分布特征,发展不平衡依然存在,但耦合协调发展的差距将逐年缩小。

Abstract

Taking Huaihua City as the research object,this article constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of economic development and ecological environment protection. It uses the entropy weight TOPSIS method to calculate the comprehensive value of the economic development level and the ecological environmental protection level,analyzes their coupling coordination degree by the means of the coupling coordination degree model,and predicts the development trend of coupling coordination based ion the BP neural network model. It shows that: 1) The level of economic development and the comprehensive index of ecological environmental protection gradually increased in Huaihua City,but there was regional imbalance between the economic development and the ecological environmental protection. The economic development level was obviously better in the central area of Huaihua City than that in other areas of Huaihua City,and the ecological environmental protection level was higher in the north and south of Huaihua City,but lower in the central area of Huaihua City. 2) The coupling coordination degree between the economic development and the ecological environmental protection in Huaihua City increased from barely coordination to primary coordination,with the overall increase year by year,and the economic development was slightly lagging. The coupling coordination degree was high in the center of Huaihua City and low around the city,the coordinated development between the economic development and the ecological environmental protection was not balanced.
