摘要

古镇旅游所引发的旅游商业化现象一直是国内外研究的热点。文章以大理古城为案例地,运用机器学习中的LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocations)主题模型对游客在线评论进行内容分析,并将其结果进行空间可视化,探讨了游客商业化体验的构成维度及其空间结构,拓展了旅游商业化的研究内容和研究方法。研究发现:①大理古城的游客商业化体验包括物质性与精神性2个方面,前者由“店铺密集”和“产品趋同”构成,后者由“氛围失调”和“价值异化”构成,其中“氛围失调”与商业化体验的关联更强。②游客商业化体验整体上呈核心—边缘分布,不同维度形成带状或点状的空间结构,这既与旅游地资源分布和开发布局有关,又受游客对旅游地功能、审美与象征价值评价的影响。③文章尝试为弥合社会—理论与空间—分析之间的二元对立探索方法论途径,并为古镇旅游商业开发提供理论支持和实践指导。

Abstract

The commercialization caused by tourism in ancient towns has been a hot research topic both domestically and internationally. Relevant research has focused on the objective manifestations and management strategies of commercialization,but there is still insufficient research to explore tourism commercialization from the perspective of tourists. Taking Dali ancient city as a case study,this study uses the Latent Dirichlet Allocations (LDA) model of machine learning technology to analyze the content of tourists' online comments,discuss the constituent dimensions and spatial structure of tourists' commercial experience. This study expands the research content and research methods of tourism commercialization. It's found that: 1) Tourists' commercial experience includes both physical and spiritual aspects,the former consists of store density and product homogenization,and the latter consists of atmosphere disorder and value alienation. Additionally,the relationship between atmosphere disorder and commercial experience is stronger. 2) The spatial distribution of tourists' commercial experience presents a core-edge feature,forming a strip or dot shaped spatial structure. This is not only related to the distribution and development layout of tourist resources,but also influenced by tourists' evaluation of the functional,aesthetic,and symbolic values of tourist sites. 3) This study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the commercial development of ancient town tourism,and attempts to explore methodological approaches to bridge the binary opposition between social-theory and spatial-analysis.
