Spatial Distribution,Type Structure and Influencing Factors of Key Rural Tourism Villages in China

Taking the first batch of 320 rural tourism key villages in the country as the research sample. With the help of ArcGIS software,the spatial analysis models such as nearest neighbor point index and kernel density estimation are used to quantify their spatial distribution,equilibrium situation,and distribution density.On this basis,the study combed and identified the destination types and tourism product structures of key rural tourism villages,and revealed their spatial differentiation laws and type structure characteristics. Finally,the article analyzes its internal influencing factors by using methods such as geographic connection rate and vector data buffer analysis. The study found: 1) The distribution of key rural tourism villages in China presents two high-density areas and three secondary high-density areas;2) The distribution of key villages is mainly concentrated in eastern China,where the economy is developed and natural resources are abundant. Most of them take the provincial capital city and the main road network as the core and spread to the surroundings in a parasitic shape. 3) In the structure of the destination types of key village tourism villages,cultural and folk village tourism accounts for the highest proportion. The distribution of various destination types in China is uneven. The suburban leisure and recreation type accounts for the highest proportion in the northwest region,and the characteristic industry-led type is mainly distributed in the north China region. 4) Analyze the product structure of key rural tourism villages. It was found that cultural and tourism integrated products accounted for the highest proportion. The distribution of various types of product forms in China presents agglomeration characteristics. Experience-oriented sightseeing products are mainly distributed in Northwest China,and leisure and vacation products are mainly concentrated in East China. 5) Resource endowment base,economic development level,source market scale,traffic location conditions,policies and innovation environment are the main factors affecting the spatial distribution characteristics and type structure differences of key rural tourism villages.
