Industrial poverty alleviation has always been an important form of poverty alleviation and development in China.From the practice of anti-poverty action abroad,either developed or developing countries are pay more attention to industrial development, especialthe role of agricultural industry in improving farmers' income level and improving regional poverty status is emphasized.After years of practice,Some typical experiences have been formed in industry poverty alleviation in foreign countries.These typical experiences are mainly reflected in two aspects: industrial form and guarantee system.Study and learn from these typical experiences,it has important policy implications for readjusting industrial poverty alleviation policy in the new era.This requires us to pay attention to adjust measures to local conditions to develop characteristic industries in the process of industrial poverty alleviation;Developing agricultural specialized cooperative organizations,realizing scale management;Develop financial and insurance products,amplifying the guarantee mechanism;Strengthening the construction of network information , popularizing the "Internet plus" poverty alleviation;Strengthening education and training , improving farmers' technical level.
