From amulti-scale perspective, this paper analyzes the influence of the construction of high-speed railway in 2010, 2015 and 2020 on the accessibility change in the core area of Guanzhong Plain Urban Agglomeration.The results show that: 1)the accessibility level of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone increased overall under the influence of high-speed railway, but the range of improvement is different, and it improves the fastest in municipal level; 2)the regional difference of accessibility level from the high-speed railway line to the overall network distribution is gradually reduced; 3)it varies significantly in the level of accessibility along the high-speed railway. The pattern of local spatial correlation is as follows: low-low agglomeration in Xi'an and Xianyang (higher accessibility), high-high agglomeration in Tianshui City (lower accessibility); 4)the scale variance and decomposition results show that at the early stage of high-speed railway construction, the accessibility of the municipal scale changes significantly, resulting in a large difference on accessibility. With the improvement of the high-speed railway network, the accessibility of counties and townships along the route has improved, and the differences in accessibility have emerged.
