Simulation Research on the Selection Behavior of Tourism Transportation Mode Based on Multi-agent Modeling

Abstract

Transition phenomenon refers to the phenomenon that the main tourism transportation mode will change with the increase of travel distance. The transition zone is the location where the transition phenomenon occurs. The objectivity and law of the transition phenomenon of tourism transportation mode are both scientific issues. This paper uses multi-agent modeling technology to simulate the formation mechanism of the transition phenomenon of tourism transportation mode,and it is found that: 1) The generalized transportation minimum cost(transportation cost + lost income of traveling time + lost income of fatigue recovery time) is set as the behavior rule of tourists choosing the transportation mode. The transition phenomenon of tourism transportation mode can be reproduced in the simulation model,which proves that the transition phenomenon of tourism transportation mode is an objective phenomenon. 2) The main factors affecting the location of the transition zone are the per capita resident income,the self-driving rate,the development degree of various external transportation modes of the source city. 3) Different income groups have different sensitivities to changes in traffic conditions,which results in different movement range of the transition zone. The opening of the high-speed lines has the greatest impact on the choices of tourism transportation mode of low-income and middle-income groups,and the development of new self-driving travel lines has the greatest impact on the choices of middle-income and middle-high-income groups. 4) Under ideal traffic conditions,the main traffic modes and their transition law of different income groups are different.
